• Agents are emerging, not dominant: A minority are scaling AI agents, usually in just one or two functions, with low single-digit penetration elsewhere.

• High performers think bigger: A small “high performer” group aims for growth and innovation, not just efficiency, and invests accordingly.

OpenAI has started piloting ChatGPT Group Chats in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and New Zealand, marking the first regional rollout of multi-user conversations inside ChatGPT.
